Panels can be configured in different multiple heights as required to achieve the optimum height required.
When panels are unloaded from the delivery vehicle this should be done by forklift or telehandler with the forks spread as wide as possible. Panels should be stacked on level firm ground with timbers aligned vertically spaced no more than 1.5 metres apart.
Panels can be installed using a suitable telehandler or similar machine, with either lifting clutches, slings or D shackles attached to lifting chains / brothers.
When the panels are then ready for installation they should be lifted slowly using the ring clutches, D shackles or slings into the upright position. The angle of the chain should not be more than 60° in any case.
Fixing into position against the stantions is simply by a clamp plate and bolt into the cast in socket in the panel onto the steelwork of the building.
The Concrete Panel Company prides itself on honesty, quality, professionalism and competitiveness and strives and achieves to deliver all panels in excellent condition by the agreed date. Even on very short notice orders.
