All panels are designed to BS8110 and BS5502 part 22.

All concrete used is quality assured and supplied by our sister company PROMIX LTD which again is wholly owned and controlled by the Fielder family.

Panels are made to required lengths to suit the customer usually up to around 6 metres long, although we have made panels of 8 metres long in certain circumstances.

Panel heights are standard at 1m (3’3”) 1.2m (4’) and 1.5m (5’) and are available in 95mm and 145mm thickness.

The 95mm panels are generally used for livestock walling and are single wired, these can also be saw cut to produce a 500mm or 600mm high panel to make feed troughs etc.  These can be either cut by ourselves or on site by the installer.

The 145mm panels are made fully double loaded.  That is that they have 2 runs of wires in them thus increasing the strength dramatically and are suitable for grain walling, silage clamps, aggregate bays, waste transfer bunkers and the list goes on. 

These panels also feature cast in top lifters as standard therefore there are no holes to point up eliminating the risk of moisture ingress.
